Especially in the cases of communications strategy, systems design, and even some larger written deliverables, my holistic approach may reveal new ways to dig in together that would lead to better outcomes for the original scope of work. If that happens, I communicate early and often as I notice potential opportunities for adjustments. In most cases, I can help you navigate those opportunities in a way that’s aligned with our original objectives so we can stay efficient and streamlined.

For Systems Thinking capacity development and group model building, the beginning stages of work usually involve a discovery phase, where I get to know your context, culture, and needs a little better. This will help me custom-design learning experiences that suit your unique team and work.
